I have recently found an article explaining how one can restore their vision by performing special eye exercises. Even though I was somehow doubtful that such kind of eyesight therapy would be helpful, I chose to search for some eye exercises and check out what they’re about. Hence I did a quick Google check and found a vision work-out called Near-Far Focus Exercise to Improve Eyesight.
To my amazement, this eye exercise was much simpler than I originally believed any eye routine would be – everything I needed to do was to switch my vision focus back and forth a little calendar and a wall calendar a couple of times. The routine appears to be helpful for eye relaxation and may be useful for improving distant eyesight problems. I still can’t say whether it works for fixing myopia, because I have just been doing it for a week now. Nonetheless this vision exercise surely helps me relax my eyes and gets rid of any tension I feel after a long day staring at the computer screen. Continue reading …
